I’m Tracy, a Registered Nurse with experience across hospital and long-term care settings. My work has centered on supporting individuals through recovery, particularly during the transition from clinical care to the home.

My clinical background includes experience in a Level I trauma hospital, as well as at one of Minnesota’s leading regional hospitals, where a high standard of care and clinical excellence are essential.

Over time, it became clear that while treatment is often exceptional, the period that follows is frequently underserved. Recovery requires presence, attention, and a level of care that extends beyond discharge.

That understanding led to the creation of Couture Care RN.
